The first trip of the new academic year was on 19th September 2012.
We started from the valley of the Nadăş stream (from the Cheile Baciului), went along the crest of Hoia, and through the Dealul Melcului hill we descended into the valley of the Soemşul Mic to get back to Cluj-Napoca.
This year you may apply for Environmental Engineering (BSc) and Environmental Protection and Monitoring (MSc).

In April 2026, first-year master’s students took part in a field trip to the Ciomatu Massif, where they visited unique sites featuring mineral springs and mineral baths. They also visited the volcanic Lake Sfânta Ana and Tinovul Mohoș peatbog.
