The Tenth Edition of the Carpathian Basin Conference on Environmental Science
The Carpathian Basin Conference on Environmental Science will be organised for the tenth time by the Department of Environmental Sciences of the Faculty of Sciences and Arts. This year's edition will take place in the period of 26–29th of March, 2014 in Cluj.
Aims and objectives: The conference promotes the presentation of the newest results in the fileds of environmental scineces realized by researchers working in the Carpathian Basin. The conference offers an opportunity to discuss theoretical and methodological issues, exchange views and perspectives of the environment and will also provide opportunities for researchers, teachers, students and graduate students to establish professional relationships and cooperations.
The official language of the conference: Hungarian and English.
Main areas of the conference: environmental physics, environmental chemistry, environmental biology, environmental geography, environmental geology, architecture and environment, environmental education, alternative energy, agro-environmental sciences.
Conference location: Cluj-Napoca, the new building of the Faculty of Sciences and Arts, Sapientia University, Calea Turzii No. 4.
