Basic First Aid – presentation (15th November 2013)
On the 15th of November students and teachers of the Environmental Science Department had the opportunity to attend a presentation of two members (Székely Zselyke-Kata and Todea Erika) of the Transylvania Rescue Cluj-Turda team about the basic guidelines and procedures of first aid. Students learned how to treat those types of injuries that appear more frequently during laboratory and field activities, how to transport the victim and even how to call for professional help in an efficient way.
