In the period of 19-21 July, both students of the Environmental Science Department and the students of Ecology Department of the University of Szeged participated at a trip combined with filed works and studies in the Hăşmaş Mountains. With this occasion there were achieved the two highest peaks: Öcsém (1707 m) and Hăghimaşul Mare (1792 m).
The next lecture in the Academic Evenings series will take place on Tuesday, October 28, at 6:00 PM, in room A105 (4 Tordai Street). The lecture entitled The Role of Membrane Polarization in the Formation of Concretions will be held by Zoltán Unger, PhD.

Czira Panna, a second-year master's student, participated in the Erasmus+ mobility program within the summer internship program at the Balaton Limnological Research Institute. The institute is located in Hungary, in Tihany, on the northern shore of Lake Balaton. The program lasted for four weeks and mainly involved scientific tasks, including laboratory work and data management.
