The summer experiences of a master's student
Czira Panna, a second-year master's student, participated in the Erasmus+ mobility program within the summer internship program at the Balaton Limnological Research Institute. The institute is located in Hungary, in Tihany, on the northern shore of Lake Balaton. The program lasted for four weeks and mainly involved scientific tasks, including laboratory work and data management.

19th Edition of the Environmental Science Conference in the Carpathian Basin

Successes of our students at the regional conference ETDK, 2023
This year three students participated at the XXVIth edition of the Transylvanian Scientific Conference for Students (ETDK) organized in Cluj-Napoca by the KMDSZ. All of them were given awards, and Lilla Siklodi and Bernadett András were nominalized for the OTDK, which will take place in 2025.

Our colleague was given a honorary diploma from the Hungarian Academy of Sciences
The Hungarian Academy of Sciences established the Domus Hungarica Scientiarum et Artium scientific scholarship for Hungarian researchers. Our colleague, István Urák, PhD, is one of the most succesful applicants.

Balázs Ferenc award was given to our student, András Bernadett
The Hungarian Students' Union of Romania assigned the Balázs Ferenc award to six out of almost a hundred candidates. One winer was our student András Bernadett, who applied with her study paper entitled "Chemical and microbiological assessment of some natural mineral waters from the Ciuc Basin".
